your decision on canonical trans characters is fine, but why did you change your mind on canonical cis characters getting requested as trans? Even if you say people don't have to write it, if a recip only wants that, it puts the writer/artist in a bad position.
Please either ban that again, or make it matchable. Nominating trans!f and trans!m characters would make it a lot easier for people to avoid trouble, and the tagset so far is pretty small, I doubt it will get too big to handle.
