Is it permissible to nominate a character as having a trans experience of their canon (cis) gender — in other words, the same gender as they are in canon, but a different sex assigned at birth?
E.g. Character A is a cis man in canon; I want to nominate him as a trans man. Character B is a cis woman in canon; I want to nominate her as a trans woman.
If yes, how exactly should I format the Gender!Character nomination? FTM / MTF ? TM / TF ? Something else?
