Rule 63 traditionally states that for every fictional character, there exists an opposite-gender counterpart. Rule 63 Exchange is for creating and receiving fanfiction or fanart in which characters have a different sex or gender than they do in canon.

May 30-June 16: Nominations
June 19-July 3: Signups
July 6: Assignments out
August 31: Works due (countdown)
September 7: Works revealed
September 14: Authors revealed

All deadlines are 11:59pm EDT.
