Overall, I love the idea of any and all of these Rule 63'ed pairings, and I'm interested to see how a change in gender plays out in each character's personalities or the way they interact with the world! I love things that explore character, so I'd love something that really shows off how the characters are the same, how they're different, or how they develop differently than they have in canon. I love the idea of F!Nealan of Queenscove! I want to see how she's different from the Nealan of Queenscove we see in the books, and whether she chooses to pursue knighthood. If she does, I want to see how her unique circumstances, being both older and of a very different noble status, affect knight-training for both her and Kel. I'd really love something deeply introspective from Neal's perspective. For more ideas, see my letter.
I'm not opposed to relationships, but I DNW a focus on sex. Also, while I don't think it's a concern, please try to preserve the relationship between Neal and Kel, regardless of whether Neal tries for knighthood.

Oh, what can I say about this? I adore hero/villain ships. I love the canon dream stuff (Woman Who Rides Like a Man, Lioness Rampant) and the ambiguity around it (is it actually happening? and so on). But what do I really want here? I think that a female Roger seeking the throne would mean something entirely different to Alanna; they may still be enemies because Roger is still attempting to kill her friends (and her), but there could be potential for more.
-An au where Alanna's deception is discovered early, or Roger discovers it and blackmails her and they catch feelings... I'm open to anything for this ship, honestly; there's so little of it.

Oh, what can I say about this? I adore hero/villain ships. I love the canon dream stuff (Woman Who Rides Like a Man, Lioness Rampant) and the ambiguity around it (is it actually happening? and so on). But what do I really want here? I think that a female Roger seeking the throne would mean something entirely different to Alanna; they may still be enemies because Roger is still attempting to kill her friends (and her), but there could be potential for more.
-An au where Alanna's deception is discovered early, or Roger discovers it and blackmails her and they catch feelings... I'm open to anything for this ship, honestly; there's so little of it.
