F!Jay Garrick (Post Flashpoint Earth 2)/Kara Zor-El (Post Flashpoint Prime Earth)
DC has gone through two major reboots and a ton of smaller changes to continuity. Some characters are impacted more than others.
The original Jay Garrick is the original star of the first Flash comics. When DC created Barry they eventually retconned Jay's adventures to have happened on another Earth called Earth 2. After Crisis on Infinite Earths Earth 2 was merged with Earth 1 to create New Earth. Jay's adventures were folded into New Earth. Eventually DC created another Earth 2 with another Jay Garrick (with the original one still on New Earth). Then after Flashpoint the original Jay Garrick was trapped in the Speedforce (sort of an alternate dimension). While a third Earth 2 was created with another Jay Garrick who is very distinct from the original Jay. The original Jay is the oldest Flash, happily married and fought in World War II, and got his powers from an experiment. The Post-Flashpoint Earth 2 Jay is a young man, about college aged, who is single and got his powers from the dying god Mercury.

When it comes to Kara there are multiple distinct Kara Zor-Els in DC. There is the original Kara Zor-El who appeared in 1959. During the Crisis on Infinite Earths DC fridged her so that Clark could be special and then erased her very existence from continuity. In 2005 a second Kara Zor-El appeared who shares none of the adventures or relationships with the original. This Kara Zor-El was erased from existence in Flashpoint. The current Kara Zor-El first appeared in the New 52, and again shares no adventures or relationships with the previous two Karas. Finally in the Convergence event a few years ago the death of the original Kara Zor-El was finally undone and she's traveling around the multiverse having adventures.

Re: F!Jay Garrick (Post Flashpoint Earth 2)/Kara Zor-El (Post Flashpoint Prime Earth)
The third of these links is the Kara you're referring to, right? Although I'm happy to approve a tag that specifies an iteration of a character that appears in multiple different continuities, and/or universes within a single continuity, I am reluctant to approve a tag that appears to be referring to a specific period of a character's life. Would Kara Zor-El (Prime Earth) sufficiently identify the character?
Re: F!Jay Garrick (Post Flashpoint Earth 2)/Kara Zor-El (Post Flashpoint Prime Earth)
Either Jay Garrick clarification you suggested would not be a good idea. Wonders of the World doesn't state what comic he's from and "Earth 2 Series" could be misinterpreted potentially as meaning Golden Age Earth 2 Jay Garrick and not Post-Flashpoint Earth 2 Jay Garrick.
Yes, I am referring to the third Kara. The thing is that while they all share the same name of Kara Zor-El and they have all been the main continuity Supergirl, they are very much not the same people at all. Nothing that happened to one of the Karas happened to the other two. While Kara Zor-El (Prime Earth) is technically accurate, I wanted to keep the Post-Flashpoint to keep it completely clear which of the three Karas is meant.
Additionally, both of these versions of the characters were created after the Flashpoint event, so Post-Flashpoint encapsulates the entire published history of these two characters.

Re: F!Jay Garrick (Post Flashpoint Earth 2)/Kara Zor-El (Post Flashpoint Prime Earth)
Is that also the name of any titles? I was going for "Earth 2 series" as in the series called Earth 2, based on that wiki page, but obviously there could be other series of that name that I'm not familiar with.

I get all this! What I'm trying to articulate is that I'm trying to check the best way to approve tags for these two that are more like "Wishverse Buffy Summers" (an alternate Buffy in a different timeline) than "Post-Season 2 Buffy Summers." If the Flashpoint is the thing that created these iterations of the characters, rather than something that happened to existing characters, I'm happy to approve both as "Post-Flashpoint"; it was the combination of "Post-Flashpoint" and "Earth 2" that was making me think that this was trying to specify a timeframe, not a version of a character. Does that make sense?
