X-Men Movieverse is mine. They are one single movieverse with two timelines. Alternate Timeline and Original Timeline list the two timelines in the movies. There is the original and then a new one created in X-Men: Days of Future Past by original timeline Kitty sending Logan's consciousness into his past body to prevent an assassination.

Original Timeline
X-Men First Class, parts of X-Men: Days of Future Past, X-Men, X2: X-Men United, X-Men The Last Stand, the bad future of X-Men: Days of Future Past
Alternate Timeline
X-Men First Class, parts of X-Men: Days of Future Past, X-Men: Apocalypse, Dark Phoenix, the good future of X-Men: Days of Future Past

The Wolverine and Deadpool movies are part of the X-Men Movieverse, but are easier to split up. For reference, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and The Wolverine are set in the original timeline. Deadpool and Deadpool 2 (except one scene sort of) are set in the alternate timeline. And Logan is a nebulous state where production members have given conflicting answers.

Jean Grey/F!Peter Maximoff/F!Scott Summers (Alt Timeline) - Is intended to be the Alternate Timeline Versions, just only disambiguated once instead of for every character.

Emma Frost/F!Scott Summers (Either Timeline), M!Jean Grey/Emma Frost (Either Timeline), Remy LeBeau/F!Scott Summers (Orig Timeline) - I nominated these for salazarastark and I'll let them comment on that.

Jean Grey/F!Scott Summers (Orig Timeline) - The depiction of them in the original timeline, but I was hoping to include information about the characters backstory, like Scott having an older brother, that is only shown in First Class, which is grouped with Alternate Timeline Movies, but is canon to both timelines.

They are often split up between X-Men: Alternate Timeline Movies (First Class, Days of Future Past, Apocalypse, Dark Phoenix) And X-Men: Original Timeline Movies (X-Men, X2: X-Men United, and X-Men: The Last Stand). The Wolverine movies and the Deadpool movies are also part of the same universe but are easier to separate out.

At the time I made my nominations there was no stated mod preference on if the X-Men movies were going to be broken up, so I went with what was easier for me, and following the precedent of the MCU and DC Cinematic Universe.
