Rule 63 traditionally states that for every fictional character, there exists an opposite-gender counterpart. Rule 63 Exchange is for creating and receiving fanfiction or fanart in which characters have a different sex or gender than they do in canon.

August 27 September 2: Authors revealed

Mods, can you fill up the dates in the AO3 collection interface, please? AO3 automatically translates the EDT deadlines in the participants' specific timezone deadline times, but they are currently empty, so every time I check I need to make the math myself and I'm not sure I'm doing it right.
